Unexpected yet wonderful quality in Figueres, if youre passing by then stop at Ronda. It has been a while since I was so positively taken aback by the quality and care in the cooking of a restaurant but tonight was one of these times. I stopped for a night at the hotel connected to the restaurant on my way to Barcelona. What I found instead was a most wonderful evening at Ronda, fresh ingredients, perfect balance, understated yet confident presentation… I would say the local sourced and talented cooking of the team behind this kitchen matches the best Catalunya has to offer. My compliments to the Chef and the team for making a joyous and positively surprising dinner.

Reservamos una mesa para 9 personas y nos dieron una linda mesa en un salón privado, quedamos encantados! La atención fue excelente desde la recepción y a lo largo de toda la noche, nuestra mesera fue súper amable, incluso nos ofreció cedernos su espacio de estacionamiento cuando comentamos que no encontrábamos lugar. La comida DELICIOSA, estuvimos 3 semanas en España y fue nuestra mejor comida, la entrada, el plato fuerte, el postre, las bebidas… nuestras felicitaciones al chef y a su increíble equipo! Como alguien que trabaja en hospitalidad, puedo decir que superaron mis expectativas, gracias por hacer de nuestra última noche en España tan especial 💖
