La Fábrica es destacable sobre todo por combinar cocina catalana y mediterránea con una propuesta muy amplia: arroces, marisco y platos de cocina española en un ambiente acogedor e informal. Es de esos sitios que suelen gustar a grupos distintos porque se come bien sin la formalidad —ni el precio— de un restaurante "gastronómico".

Un restaurant on sempre hi tornem, un espai molt acollidor, tranquil, bon servei, i molt bon menjar. Fins la propera Gonzalo.

Restaurant traditionnel espagnol, ambiance feutrée, accueil et service sympathique. Et la raison du choix de ce restaurant un peu à l'écart du centre ville le rapport qualité prix. Tout semblait appétissant dont la paella mais c'est la zarzuela qui l'a emportée avec un verre de sangria après des escargots, hélas pas à la catalane, mais avec un genre d'aïoli très bon aussi. À noter, un supplément au menu car plus cher en weekend.
